Looking down Pendle Road in the 1950's.On the far right of this photograph just out of the frame is Clitheroe's oldest residence,Shaw Cottage and was built in 1680/81.Also you can still see the old brewery that use to be next door to the Bridge Inn.The old brewery was knocked down in the early 1960's.
