To be honest I don't know if this a road sweeper in the
centre of Whalley or some bloke showing off some of his hardware outside his
shop. Looking at the surface of the road I would of thought that this photograph
was taken later on the than the other of The De Lacy Arms. I would of thought
it was taken around the late1940's.
